We'll explore principles, tools, and objectives in building onboarding programs for (1) user experience as a collaborative service for current and new colleagues, and (2) for students as UX researchers on our team. For colleagues, an onboarding/orientation provides an opportunity to grow a culture of UX and partnerships. For student interns, we examine what knowledge of UX and libraries is essential to maximize the time available and create a lasting experience.
